In acesasta regiune gasim in total 130 km partii de ski si snowboard.
Kaprun
Una din cele mai preferate destinatii pentru o vacanta la ski in Austria este Kaprun. Nu se compara cu nimic skiatul pe ghetar.
La numai 10 km de Zell am See este situat la poalele ghetarului Kitzsteinhorn, la cca 5 minute de mers cu masina pana la ‘Gletcher Bahn\\\' (centrul de telecabine), calitatea ski-ului pe ghetar si de senzatia de a skia la peste 2900 m fata de nivelul marii atrage in fiecare an din ce in ce mai multi turisti.
Muntele Maiskogel recomandam pentru incepatori.
Zell am See - Schmittenhohe
Cu cei peste 77 km de partii de ski din care 25 km pentru avansati / profesionisti. Intinsele partii de ski sunt conectate cu reteaua din imprejurimi, asadar aveti una din cele mai vaste arii de ski din zona.
Muntele Maiskogel
Aflat la cca 3 km de Kaprun, Maiskogel dispune de peste 70 de hectare de partii de ski perfecte pentru incepatori dar nu numai. 15 km. de partii cu  6 teleskiuri, 2 telegondole si 1 telecabina.Acestea sunt accesibile aproape in orice conditii meteorologice iar trasnsportul pe cablu este foarte bine organizat astfel incat accesul la partiile de ski este foarte rapid.Tot aici se afla si un Fun Park pentru cei care practica free style ski (cu 11 obstacole), o zona speciala pentru familii cu copii, centru de inchiriere echipament ski si
mai multe restaurante. Accesibilitate mai usoara din statiunea Kaprun.
Ghetarul Kitzsteinhorn
Kitzsteinhorn constituie placerea absoluta pentru cei ce iubesc sa skieze in natura salbatica, la o altitudine de 3000 m.Unic in Salzburg avand in vedere diversitatea peisajului si a conditiilor deosebite pentru ski. In total sunt 20 de instalatii moderne de cablu si o telecabina ce te duce pana la 3029 m. In total 40 km de partii.
